Inmohotel brings together every year real estate and construction professionals in the hotel sector to analyse the keys to hotel investment, expansion and construction and the future evolution of the market.
The conference will be opened by Miguel Sanz, general manager of Tourspain, and will feature presentations by Jorge Zelada Álvarez de Mon (B&B HOTELS Spain and Portugal), José Manuel Rojas (PGI Engineering & Consulting), Belén Velasco Sardón, (STT Madrid – Sociedad Técnica de Tramitación), and Juanba Ramos Cortés (Grato), who will analyse the real estate challenges for the hotel sector, the numbers behind each hotel project in the luxury and economy categories, the advantages of processing urban planning licences for hotel and tourism projects through a Collaborating Urban Planning Entity (ECU) and the opportunities offered by industrialised construction in the hotel sector.
The presentations will be followed by a colloquium moderated by Horacio Alcala Alcalá (Alsotel), who will be joined by expansion and development managers in Spain and Portugal from some of the leading national and international hotel chains such as Miguel Galofré Maristany (Marriott International), Federico Holzmann Perez-Portabella (Catalonia Hotels & Resorts), Francisco Marco (Sercotel Hotel Group), Carlos Miro (Hilton), Jorge Herrera (Meliá Hotels Internationalá), Alejandro de Lara Diaz (easyHotel), Francisco Bueno Nieto, director of hotel development and expansion in Spain and Portugal (Marriott International) and Alejandro de Lara Diaz (easyHotel).
